Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Overview
When you place an order with Alpha Health Peptides, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose at checkout.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Alpha Health Peptides uses the following carriers to deliver orders:

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are a flat fee of $7.99.
Free Shipping: Orders over $175 qualify for free standard shipping to domestic addresses.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Alpha Health is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.
7. Ownership & Risk Transfer
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser when the carrier records the shipment as ‘Delivered’ to the address provided. After carrier-confirmed delivery, Alpha Health is not liable for theft, mis-delivery, loss, or other post-delivery issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Alpha Health is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Alpha Health only ships to domestic addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
10. Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred.
11. Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, Alpha Health will ship the in-stock portion of your order first. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping charge. You will be notified via email if any items are on back order.
